The place was dainty but very clean and well-maintained. It was very close to Gare de L"est station and Gare du Nord station (for Eurostar trains) was also a short walking distance away. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, specially Jason ( from Reception) and Ramini ( domestic help) who both took the extra time and effort to make our stay comfortable and relaxing, and made it easy for us to find the places of interest. Yani and Andrea (ReceptionTeam staff) were also helpful. The manager, Peirre, was friendly, and all these contrihutes to the charm of the lovely place. The buffet breakfast was excellent and we really appreciate it a lot that we were allowed to have breakfast in our room as part of the party was exhausted to come down and sit at the dining area, so a breakfast in bed made the stay more enjoyable. The small fridge in the room (with a welcome bottled water) is useful to keep food fresh and drinks cool. A variety of pastries for snacks were free for guests to have anytime, and all this created an atmosphere of being home. The interior decoration was well thought of, and the bright-coloured furniture in the receiving and dining area was comfortable and really livens up the place without being too much. The toiletries labelled with simple yet striking notes add a positive vibe. There are many food places around the area that are very handy for late night snacks/meals on the way back from a very long day of exploring the city. This place might be small but has a lot of character and with a lovely working team who are happy, which is very important. Will definitely stay at this place again on succeeding visits and will recommend to family and friends.

We were greeted by a very friendly and efficient member of staff, booked in and shown to our room very quickly. The room was warm and clean, including complimentary coffee and 2 bottles of water in the fridge. A modern TV with a few English news channels. The bathroom although compact was clean and came with the usual shower gel, shampoo and hairdryer. USB charging points(2) and light switches on both sides of the comfortable bed. In room safe. Breakfast was a good and fresh continental style with everything you could want. All the staff were friendly and helpful. There was a small lounge area with complimentary coffee and pastries. The Gare de l'est Metro (7,4&5) (RER E) was a less than 5 minute walk away and 1 stop from Gare du Nord station to take you to and from CDG airport

We were impressed with this little hotel. The location worked well for us, very close to Gare du Nord. It was clean and bright with a comfy bed and our room was large by Paris standards. The bathroom was great, good size and very modern with an excellent shower. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and the staff there were very friendly. I liked the little touch of having cake, croissants and tea and coffee out all day for everyone. There's a little courtyard to sit outside on a warm day. The hotel was nicely decorated, I liked the lit up mural above our bed. We were in the back so no view but very quiet. A good value hotel for expensive Paris. There's a buzzing restaurant next door and many others in the area.

The hotel is located 3-5min walking distance from Gare del Est and also to the metro station, which was very important and convinient for us. Room was very clean, warm, every day there were new towels with watter bottles as well as room was cleaned every day. We had a breakfast which was very tasty and good overall during the day you could also take coffee or juices, water& Tea or even croissants and pan au chocolat for free. The lady in the kitchen from Indonesia was so kind and always allowed us even to have a bit late breakfast. I highly recommend and for sure will come back again soon in the same hotel greetings for the hotek staff very kind, polite helpful ! This hotel deserves all 5***** from me!

We flew into Paris and took the train to Gare du Nord. The Hotel was convenient to walk to from the train station. There was a metro stop at Gare du Est-2 blocks from the Hotel. It was very easy to get anywhere in Paris on the Metro. The Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very newly remodeled and wonderful. We had interaction with other guests that were also very friendly and helpful with recommendations. It was a great experience and I would return to that Hotel and recommend to to others without reseveration.
